FRANKENSTEIN STUDIO was enlisted to help awarded chef Pontus Frithiof to relocate. The brief was to create a unique restaurant with international ambitions. Convinced that a restaurant is an experience more than anything else, we developed a destination that offered a journey into the world of gastronomy. FRANKENSTEIN STUDIO's responsibility included concept development, interior and furniture design. Communication and graphic design but also creative direction including design of uniforms, cutlery and dinnerware, digital design etc. When asked what name the restaurant should have our simple response was – Pontus!
